What is your favorite and/or least favorite workout? I love lifting weights. I am not the strongest person but I enjoy being explosive and powerful in the gym.

Why have you chosen to live and train in Eugene? I came to Eugene for the University of Oregon and I stuck around for Oregon Track Club Elite.

What is the most challenging moment you’ve faced as an athlete? Every season has its challenges. But I often struggle with consistency.

What would be your super power and why? I would want to be able to turn my thoughts into reality. You could create with your mind.

Why have you chosen to run for Coach Rowland? Coach Rowland wants to create a world class team. I want to be part of that.

What is your most epic workout ever? For me, it's not about the workouts, but  being better than other people.

What is your favorite track ad field meet? I enjoy the journey of the track and field season. Each meet creates significance for the next. I would enjoy racing at Penn Relays and the Prefontaine Classic on the way. But the Olympics and World Championship are the destination.

What drives you to work so hard? This is a complex question. I have three older brothers, and I remember when I was younger, they would tell me I couldn't do things because I was too young or too small. It made me want to push even harder to succeed. I can always remember being very competitive.

What is the coolest experience you’ve had as a Nike athlete? Getting my Nike kit in the mail was special. Made me feel like a professional athlete.

What is the key to your success? The people that have believed in me and supported me. My family, coaches and peers throughout my life have made me into a better athlete.

Which teammate inspires you and why? I'll keep this list short to make it special, but I respect Tyler Mulder for his heart and his work ethic.
