Filmed on 3/19/07 - Eugene, OR - Sean Graham of the Oregon Track Club Elite Team talks about the differences between college and a professional and the benefits of training in a group.

Sean Graham is another example of an athlete that has used time to his advantage, continuing to improve year after year. Graham attended William and Mary, where he was coached by Andy Gerard. Upon graduating he took his talents to Palo Alto, CA to train under the Nike Farm Team and followed coach Frank Gagliano last year to Eugene, OR to join him with the Oregon Track Club Elite team. Sean primarily races the 1500 and 5000 on the track.
