Allyson Felix and Brittney Reese to Compete at the Janusz Kusocinski Memorial in Chorzow, Poland

Allyson Felix and Brittney Reese will both compete Friday at the Janusz Kusocinski Memorial in Chorzow, Poland, according to their management.

Felix will compete in the 400 meters. She ran on a 4x100 relay team at the Mt. SAC Relays and she ran 11.30 for 100 meters at a meet on the French Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe. However, the day before the Prefontaine Classic, Felix withdrew from the 400. This will be Felix's first 400 race this season.

Reese is entered in her first international long jump competition of the outdoor season. After finishing second at the IAAF World Indoor Championships long jump, she has jumped twice outdoors so far this season, both times in California last month. Reece has already shown good form, jumping a wind-aided mark of 23-7.25 (7.19m).
